What we do
We test AI tools on real small-business tasks: writing a sales email, replying to a complaint, building a content calendar, automating a follow-up. Then we write up what works, what doesn't, and what it costs.
How we test
- We use the free plan or trial of each tool ourselves before recommending it.
- We check prices on the vendor's site and date every review.
- We say who a tool is not for, not just who it's for.
- If a free tool does the job, we say so.
